A first-person YouTube testimonial by Ryan (29, Dublin) describing onset of progressive fatigue during university despite a prior fitness background, failed self-help attempts (sleep, diet, stopping alcohol), and an online consultation with a functional medicine doctor during COVID who recommended the Gupta Program. Ryan describes initial skepticism, then gradual gains in energy after applying the program’s brain-retraining/meditation tools, giving specific milestones (from ~10% health at worst in Oct 2021 to consistently near 90–100% now). He reports regaining control over his energy, ability to manage dips, and a life transformed compared with his worst period.

Hi, my name is Ryan. I am currently 29 years old, living in Dublin, Ireland. I noticed sometimes throughout my time in university, every so often I would have to stay in bed a little bit longer. And symptoms of fatigue were gradually getting worse. But they were manageable due to the fact that my lectures were a bit spread out throughout the day. Gradually the fatigue got worse and I thought I just needed a holiday or a break, but unfortunately when that didn't work either. So I was wondering what was going on and what was causing a lot of my fatigue. Because previously as a healthy and fit individual that used to be in the fitness industry and coach people through CrossFit, I thought I was a healthy and fit individual. So getting symptoms of fatigue and running out of energy was new to me and I was too tired to do certain tasks. I was too tired to get out of bed on certain days of the week and the weekend. And if it did affect my social life, I stopped drinking alcohol because I thought I prioritized trying to manage my recovery. I was going back to my health and fitness principles, trying to eat more food and trying to sleep more. And that really wasn't working as well. So I was. It came to a time where I decided that this probably I need to look for answers here. I don't have the tools to manage this ongoing feeling or symptoms of fatigue. I came across a function functional medicine doctor and we did an initial consultation online during COVID and one of the first recommendations was to deal with my symptoms of fatigue was maybe I needed the Gupta program. The start. I was a little bit skeptical, but the reason why I gained trust in the program was I think Ashop's story about he was a student and he maybe he went through similar and was able to cure himself of, I think he had chronic fatigue syndrome. So that was that get a lot of hope. Slowly I was able to feel like I had energy again and feel like the old version of myself. And once I started to feel a small bit of it, even like 5 or 10% that that hope of having that small bit of feeling back that five or 10 minutes throughout the day or whether it was started to get 15, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour of how I used to feel, I was this is amazing. I'm going to keep doing this. I'm going to, I'm going to actually do more, I'm going to do more meditations and I will try to do a bit more brain retraining. Then I just really stuck and doubled down. My life now is a 180 from my previous symptoms of fatigue. If I ever have any minor symptoms of fatigue, I have the tools now to overcome them at any stage. I have control of my health now. When the past I felt like my health was almost out of control. To put a number on my health, I'd say when things were at its worst, I'd say in October 2021, I must have felt like my health was about 10%. Thankfully now I, I've come 180 and yeah, I feel now at 190 or 100 this very rare that I'm at maybe 80 some days even when I'm tired. But I have the tools to get back to 90 or 100. So there's, there's always going to be times where maybe, you know, there, there are dips in the recovery processes and there was times where I didn't always feel like 100. But over the last three years, you utilizing the Gupta program and learning the tools, I have able to overcome a lot of my issues of my symptoms of fatigue. And thankfully now I have the energy to do all my tasks throughout the day and manage my energy over a day, a week, a month.
