Someone asking what happens if I'm having to work as well or I've got to find a new job? And the stress with that? You know, life is never stress free. Is there anybody on this webinar today who's got no stress, zero stress? No. Stress is something that is always in our lives. So firstly, we cannot avoid stress, and the tools in the program can help us calm our systems down and deal with that stress better. Now, when it comes to work and a job, yes, we do say that ideally you would take some time out from stresses and pressure and work with the program at the same time. If you do have to do some work part time or temporarily, that can sometimes help with retraining because it becomes a distraction away from your body. But if it becomes too stressful, then it may interfere with your retraining. So our number one priority is to get you well. So just try and see if there's a way that you can delay going back to work if you don't feel ready for it, or at least perhaps start very, very slowly.
