A short personal testimonial (YouTube) describing how the Gupta program supported emotional healing, self-discovery, and practical body-awareness techniques. The speaker credits the program with helping them release burdens tied to people-pleasing and perfectionism, learn nervous-system tools (e.g., yawning to relax), and actively retrain thought patterns — framing the program as a transferable life toolkit beyond chronic-illness recovery.

There's a lot of the Gupta program that has both resonated a lot and challenged me. And sometimes it's been both of those things at once. A lot of parts work feels like that talking to various parts of myself that are worrying or parts of myself that have some wound. I've been really surprised and grateful for the ways that the Gupta program has encouraged emotional healing and helped me release some emotional burdens I've carried and allowed me to really get more in touch with who I am authentically. Because I think with a lot of the tendencies that got me sick, including people pleasing and perfectionism, I wasn't really living my truest self. And it has been such a gift to, like, as much work as it's been to not just take a magic pill that makes me better, but be able to, like, have the opportunity to change my life and get to know who I am. So I'm, yeah, so grateful for that. And I think just knowing how my body works has been such a gift as well. And I have had a lot of anger come up around that all humans should know how to be in a human body. Like, I wish I'd known that yawning would relax my nervous system and that there are ways I can teach my body that I'm safe, but I know now and can use those things and feel really grateful for them. And just knowing that the. The brain is so flexible that I can choose what to think and work toward changing my thought patterns and retraining my thought patterns so that I can thrive has been really great. And I'm really looking forward to applying it to other things because I really think it is like, it's such a toolkit for life in general. Not just for healing from chronic illness, but also for navigating the rest of my life.
