Personal testimonial by Trena describing severe long Covid symptoms (bedridden, zero energy, constant stress response) and the transformative recovery she experienced using the Gupta Program. She credits specific techniques — Stop, Stop, Stop; mind map; and guided mindfulness meditations — and reports improved sleep, increased energy, calmer mental state, restored ability to engage socially and care for others, a regained positive outlook, and feeling "alive" again. She also describes having lifelong fight-or-flight patterns that were eased by the program.

My name's Trina, and I was. Well until I got Covid. And it kind of triggered some things in my body. So my body would just stay in a stress state 24 7. And I was to the point that I was basically bedridden. I had zero energy to do anything. I. Everything was an issue. I just even, you know, being able to shower was. Was a challenge for me. Just, I just had no energy in the tank at all. And so that was really hard because I've always, you know, been productive and been able to do all kinds of things. And just to just to sit there and not be able to do anything was, Was very aggravating. And I think that I was exasperating the issue because I was getting myself. So I was allowing myself to be so consumed with the fact that I couldn't do anything. And so I was really mentally just beating myself up. Like, I didn't understand why I couldn't just push through and just get it done. My, My life basically stopped. I felt like I was the living dead. And that's not an exaggeration. I just had no energy to engage with other people. It took everything I had in me to have a conversation on the phone. I just, I was just breathing, basically doing nothing. It took a lot for me to do this, but I stopped fighting that I didn't have the energy to do anything, and I just allowed myself to take rest. It was really helpful because of shock, actually. In, in one of the webinars that I was on, he just really, you know, reiterated the fact that we need to honor our bodies and take rest when our body is calling for that or needs that and just to be with that and to be in that space and, and just to take rest, you know, and then also just being in the present rather than, you know, think, like, wondering, when am I gonna get well, when is this gonna stop? When is this gonna get better? You know, and just. And just being, like, sitting with it and just being with it and allowing, you know, everything to unfold. There's so many positives in the program. I mean, I, I, I am amazed that I do not get stuck in a loop. I'm 50 years old, and my whole entire life, since childhood, I've had that because of, you know, past traumas. I was always in a fight or flight mode, you know, and, and wasn't able to get into that rest and digest. But now that this pattern has been. Has been broken in the brain and, you know, the new groove has been set, I can snap, snap out of it a lot, a lot quicker with the tools. The Stop, stop, Stop technique, the mind map, the mindfulness meditations, you know, the guided meditations that we have access to in the Gupta program. They're all just super powerful. And, you know, I'm so grateful, so grateful for these tools in this program. Sleep improves, my energy increased. Then the mental is just being in more of a calm state of mind and just being more, you know, in the present moment, I guess you could say. I mean, my life is. It's. I mean, I'm a new person. I'm a new person. I have healed. I feel. I feel just, like I said, so grateful. So now I can. I can show up. I can. I can pitch in. I can take care of myself. I can help others. I can. I can just. I just have a positive outlook, a different outlook on life. I have hope again, and I have my life back. I just. I. I feel. I feel alive, and I just feel so well and so happy that I found this program, so.
