What Really Moved The Needle On Curtis’s Healing Journey

Curtis has been in the Gupta program for just over a year. He credits the live webinars most for his healing, because they stay current with new research and adapt to what participants actually need to hear.

Hi, I'm Curtis. I've been doing the Gupta program for a little over a year now. And my favorite part of the program, especially a year into it, is the webinar series. I think that for me, for somebody like me, I can get really excited about a program like this in the beginning, and I'm really good, and I do the daily exercises, and I'm just. I'm very engaged. And then over time, it can just start to feel. I guess. I guess the novelty wears off. So I like the webinar series because it keeps it fresh. They're conducted live, so, you know, it's always different each time I go through the webinar. And the other thing that I really appreciate about the webinar series is how Ashok updates the information as he goes along. So as he is engaging with people like myself going through the program, and he is presenting to academics, and as he is reading the newest, the latest research on, you know, brain retraining and all that kind of stuff, he's bringing all of that in, all of that feedback into the program. So I feel like there's always a new angle to look at things from. I think he also has a really good sense of where people are at, so he'll explain things in a different way depending on, you know, again, some of the feedback, perhaps, that he's gotten from some of the trainers. So that's what I wanted to say about what I love most about the program. All of it is great, but that webinar series, I think without that, this would be a very different experience for me, and I don't think I'd be getting as much out of the program.
