Do you still use a generic email for your business? Today we will show you how to set up your professional email using a Custom domain with xCloud mailbox add on. Let's get started. Log in to your xCloud dashboard. In the top right menu, click on Add Ons. This is where you can see all the add ons available for Xcloud. Find the Mailbox Add on in the list. If you have not purchased it yet, click Enable to buy it. Then click Start to move forward. A pop up will appear. Enter your email and password in the fields, choose a plan that fits your needs. Right now you will get 2.8Gigabyte mailbox for $1 per month 25G Gigabyte mailbox for $2.5 per month. Select your preferred plan. Based on your specific needs, you can create as many mailboxes as your business requires. Next, click the Pay button to proceed. After payment you will see your subscription on the dashboard. It will show pending verification. Click Verify now to start the DNS. You can auto manage DNS if your domain is connected to cloudflare. Turn on this option. This adds and verifies all records automatically. Or if you manage DNS yourself, copy the mx, SPF and DKIM records provided. Add them to your DNS panel. Then click Verify Records. If you are doing DNS manually, click on the Enable DKIM button in the dashboard with the xCloud mailbox add on. You also get access to email forwarding aliases, imap, POP and SMTP settings for advanced configuration. Now let's have a preview of your newly created mailbox. First collect the email address and password from the Dashboard and click on the Access Webmail button. You will be redirected to the Mailbox Dashboard. Enter the email password and hit the Sign in button. Here you will find all the emails that have been sent to this email address and that's it.
