xCloud Hosting has a great new feature called Client Reports. You can generate a PDF report with a ton of information about a website and send it to your clients. You have some options about what goes in it, what it looks like, and things like that. Let me show you how it works. In the xCloud admin, you can go to any website. Um, I'm at cybernate360.com, and in the left there's Client Reports.. And you can see I have 3 here. Um, but let's make a new one and go through what's there. First of all, you can give it a title. Uh, I'm going to leave mine at Site Health Report, and you can choose the timeframe for this report. Uh, I like 30 days. Then there's agency branding. Now mine's a little dark because it has a transparent background. But, uh, you'll see why in a few minutes. Uh, you put in your company's name, the website, the admin email, and a phone number optionally. And then you choose a brand color. So I chose white. The default is a bright blue. Uh, but I chose white because I like the way my black logo lays on it. So that's why I have this semi-transparent. Um, if you change your logo or add one, you have to click save branding. Simply generating the report will not save the branding. If you don't save branding, you will not get a logo in your report, and then you'll be sad. You can put an intro text on your report and an outro, which is great. And you can also log custom work. So this month I did this for you, and it took this long, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Now before I get to report sections, I want to start at the top. Right column. So here, this logo comes from this one. So you don't have to add it a second time. So there's, this is the preview. There's the app details, your SSL certificate, WordPress core, snapshots, updates, and custom theme development. So the stuff that you put in over here. And there's a performance and traffic. Now over here on the bottom left is something I think is pretty cool, because you can manage what appears in this report. So if you don't want performance, you don't have to put it in there. You'll note that a couple of these are blacked out, and it's because I have not enabled them. So I don't have backup setup. And I don't have PatchStack turned on. But you can Let's see, this is traffic. Let's turn that one off. And now it's there. There, it's gone from the report. Turn it back on. And there it is. So once you have that all set up, you go to generate report and it's ready. So that took, I don't know, 4 or 5 seconds. And I'm going to click download. Save it. I don't know if you heard, but my email just made a noise. And there it is. Site Health Report, Site Overview, all the stuff we saw. So that's a great way to generate a report for a client. Now there are a few things coming that are going to greatly enhance this, and I want to show you what they are. One of them is bulk reporting. So say you have 10 sites or 100, you can check them all and say generate a report and use your— it'll use your preconfigured settings and you can make 100 reports. Another is scheduled regeneration. So you could make it so that it just makes one monthly and you don't have to manually go do it. And lastly is auto send so that it'll go right to the client. You don't have to download it like I did and send them an email with it. And these are all coming quite soon, so, uh, don't hold off just because it's not there yet. I recommend getting started on sending client reports to your clients.
