Most F&I managers don't know if they have a deal until the customer says no. Here's how you always know if you have a deal before you ever open the menu. You ask the most important question on the survey, the cash investment question. The lender require additional $1,000, $2,000 cash investment to secure the best terms and conditions. Would those funds be available today? Now, what does that do? That allows the customer to think about something before you ever pull them to that conclusion later in your menu presentation. You never get limited on non-cancelable protections and not being able to offer them again because you allow them to think about that long before the ask, long before they want to transfer the risk away to never feel those common responsibilities throughout their ownership. Now, when you do that, what happens? You're able to sell more non-cancelable protections on your next menu offering. So if you want the client survey that has the cash investment question built in, comment survey and I'll send it right over to you.
