How a good week in F&I can kill your month is so simple. It's because you think you've already arrived and you've only done one week. You're only one week in the month, and so now you start doing 90% of something. You don't do the full survey, you don't do the full menu presentation because you believe you have this cushion mentally. You let your foot off the gas, and then when you get into the last week of the month, what happens every single time? You're clawing just to keep where you were in the first week when you're already 40% there after one week. Real operators, they look at closed months, not closed weeks. And when you do that time and time again, you continue to execute, your results become inevitable. They are undeniable at that point. And then you really get ahead, and then no one can ever catch you.
