If you're making good money in F&I, it is killing your career. When someone says they're making good money to me, I know immediately that they plateaued. They stopped refining, they stopped looking at how they can get better. And if you're not growing, you're dying. It's, it's always one of two things. And top operators that we work with, that I work with, that I'm fortunate enough to meet, to be in that top 1%, they do something different than the other 99% out there. And on the other side of comfortable, the other side of good enough, what is it, right? That is where freedom lies. Because when you're there, no one can touch you, and you dictate to your market, you dictate to your store that you're a leader in it. And I've never heard someone who goes past good enough ever tell me their culture is bad at their store. It's always great because they make it great, and that energy affects everything in their life. And you can have that, but you have to understand, good enough is killing your career.
