The thing a finance manager needs to hear that no one's telling them is that they're the limiting factor in the car deal. It's not the sales manager, it's not the salesperson, it's not the lender. It's them. Because they are the self-limiting person on every single deal. And they need to be told that. And when you kind of take away that limiting belief that they all have and you remove that ceiling, that governator that keeps them held down, that's where they get to $3,000 a car, $4,000 a car. I mean, there's people making over half a million dollars a year doing an F&I job. People don't think it exists because it's their own limiting belief. As soon as they accept that and they make that change, it's inevitable, the outcome. Like, they're going to see the result that they seek.
