When I moved to San Francisco over a decade ago from Orange County, my original intent was just to live here for a couple years and then move back home to SoCal. But I instantly fell in love with the city and never really looked back. But based on my experience living here and experiences of my clients moving here and leaving the city, there are things I definitely wish I knew about San Francisco before moving here. So I thought it would be a good idea to make a YouTube video for everyone thinking about moving to the city or even living in the city about things that I wish I knew before moving to San Francisco. Things like the microclimates, the actual cost of living here, how tricky it is to find "Find the Right Neighborhood." Crime and homelessness, insurance costs, all these things that I wish I knew before living here that I think anybody thinking of moving here ought to be thinking about.
