Austin Klar shows off the rooftop at 1201 Sutter Street in Lower Nob Hill, with views to the Bay and Salesforce Tower. The space has modular couches, fire pits, a barbecue, dog run, and string lights. Perfect for parties and gatherings.
I'm on the rooftop of my new listing at 1201 Sutter Street, and the rooftop is awesome. Not only do you have views all the way to the bay, all the way to the Salesforce Tower and downtown, you've got these super sick modular couches with fire pits. There's also exercise equipment back there. You've got a barbecue, dining. There's a dog run area. You've got these beautiful string lights, light up at night, super sick. There's Wi-Fi, there's connected speakers. You can have a sick party up here. I mean, these views are dope. You guys need to see them in person. Come check them out this weekend.
