This is yet another sign that San Francisco's condo market is improving. South Beach was one of the hardest hit residential markets because of the changes that we saw during and immediately after the pandemic, but that's all starting to change. Over the past year, we've had more sales and those sales have been happening more quickly as more people move back to the city, return to office, and as city conditions improve. And developers are taking notice. Developer David O'Keefe has proposed multiple developments across the city in the past several months, and his latest is a condo development in South Beach. Designed by Stanton Architecture, the building would see 260 new condo units come to market at 329 Bryant Street, including 40 for affordable housing. The project would replace multiple commercial buildings on the over half-acre site and bring a brand new 30-story tower sitting on top of a 3-story parking garage. Great to see developers take notice of an improving market and bring exciting new projects to the table.
