A brand new immersive entertainment complex is coming to the waterfront at Pier 70, and I'm definitely gonna check it out. They're calling it a multi-sensory playground, these giant domes on the waterfront with live music, movies, music. They're basically like mini Las Vegas spheres. There's gonna be 4 separate structures up to 4.5 stories tall and big enough to fit 2,500 people. It's being built by a company called Elevation XR, and they've built similar structures at festivals all over the country, including Coachella and South by Southwest. Apparently project costs are as much as $7 million, and they're expected to open early next year. Let me know what you think project in the comments and follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
