San Francisco is gonna boom in the next decade with AI and all the changes coming to downtown and the central waterfront. And if you're moving here for work like I did over a decade ago when I was a brand new lawyer in downtown SF, or you're moving here because you just like great food, walkability, proximity to the water, you're probably wondering, how the heck do I figure out where the right neighborhood is for me? There are nearly 90 different subdistricts in San Francisco to choose from, and it's a really tough question to answer. I personally don't think I figured it out for probably until 5+ years living here because there's so many options and the right one is gonna change person to person based on a lot of different preferences and situations. So I made a YouTube video trying to answer that question based on a number of different criteria, like the best areas for commuting to the South Bay, or the best areas for like a suburban reprieve from the city environment, the best areas for singles, and the best areas for families. Comment the word video and I'll send you a link, and follow me for more Bay Area real estate. Bye!
