Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Kitchen is launching in San Francisco this December through ghost-kitchen delivery. The clean-eating concept, designed by chef Kim Floresca, avoids refined sugar, processed foods, dairy, seed oils, gluten, and preservatives. It's expanding from ten Southern California locations after debuting in Los Angeles in 2021.

Gwyneth Paltrow is bringing her Goop Kitchen foods to San Francisco this December. If you don't already know, Goop Kitchen is all about clean eating. No refined sugar, no processed foods, no dairy, no seed oils, no gluten, no preservatives, just actual food. Food will be available at first in ghost kitchens, so not brick and mortar restaurants with dining space, at least not yet. Maybe if they're successful, it'll be a stepping stone into something more permanent. The concept first opened in Los Angeles in 2021 and has since expanded to 10 locations in SoCal, and now more are coming to the Bay Area. The menu concept is from Kim Floresca, who has experience at renowned restaurants like Meadowood and Per Se. Looking forward to trying this out. Share this with someone you think would like to eat here and follow me for more Bay Area news.
