One of the most beautiful collections of historic homes in San Francisco is right here in Pacific Heights in what's called the Webster Street Landmark District. The area between Clay and Jackson Streets along Webster consists of a collection of homes built in the 1870s and 1880s by two of San Francisco's most prolific developers at the time, the Real Estate Associates and Henry Hinkle. These row houses were all built in the same Italianate Victorian style with vertical moldings, angled bay windows, and a dominant horizontal cornice line. And they're all similar heights and have similar setbacks from the street. Although these were originally built as middle-class homes, they are anything but that these days. These homes regularly sell regularly sell for between $3 to $7 million. Follow me for more of the best Bay Area real estate.
