There's a hidden park in San Francisco you might never have heard of that offers some of the best views you can find in the city. Jack Early Park in Telegraph Hill was created in 1962 and made an official park in 1987, and is perhaps San Francisco's smallest park, only accessible through a windy staircase that winds its way in between a bunch of San Francisco mansions. Beautiful foliage surrounds these stairs and lead up to a lookout of the bay from the Golden Gate all the way to the Bay Bridge. It's not the type of park to lounge in or have a picnic in, it's really not big enough, but it's a fun little trek if you've never done it before, and if you listen carefully, you could probably hear the sea lions all the way from Pier 39. Let me know if you've ever been in the comments.
