Hurry! Limited Time Burger Pop-Up Opens in Yountville!

A legendary chef is bringing back a burger pop-up to Napa Valley, and you better get there quickly because it won't last long. Thomas Keller, who is basically chef royalty of Yountville behind Bouchon, Bouchon Bakery, French Laundry, and Ad Hoc, is bringing back a burger pop-up he started in 2020 called Burgers and Half Bottles to Yountville this summer. Instead of the 6-week run it had in 2020, this one will last 10 weeks, and it's taking over the former La Calenda space on Washington Street in Yountville starting Saturday, August 2nd. And the menu goes well beyond just wagyu cheeseburgers, french fries, milkshakes, fried chicken sandwiches, lobster rolls. There's even gonna be a beer bus serving beer from Russian River Brewing out of a vintage Volkswagen. And if all that weren't enough, ice cream sandwiches from Bouchon Bakery. The pop-up will be open Wednesdays through Sundays, 12 to 8 PM, and runs through Halloween. 1,000% gonna check this out.
