Incredible Architect Team Working On New San Francisco Development

There's a massive 7-acre mixed-use development being constructed at the location of a now-defunct power plant at Potrero Point, and the architects for the various buildings throughout the complex are among the heaviest hitters in the industry. You've got Foster and Partners, who have designed buildings all over the world, including locally Apple's new Apple Park campus, and they'll be designing ground-up residential blocks 7 and 8 of the complex. You've also got Herzog de Meuron, an international architecture firm based in Basel, Switzerland, known locally for designing the de Young Museum. They're gonna be designing a collaborative office and life sciences space, as well as ground-up residential blocks 11 and 12 of the complex. You've also got firms like CMG, the landscape architects behind Facebook's Menlo Park campus and Treasure Island Park, who will be designing an urban landscape for the space.
