A 30,000-square-foot bar and entertainment space called Splash is coming to Thrive City at the Chase Center, and it looks sick. Like, it might actually be better watching games here than in person. The 2-story space opening in early 2025 will feature food and drinks from hospitality group Sidecar Hospitality, which is the same group behind Pacific Cocktail Haven. And it's supposed to have 75 different screens and an 840-square-foot curved LED wall throughout the space in what's gonna be an indoor-outdoor venue. Love the indoor-outdoor idea. That part of San Francisco has some of the city's best weather, so I'm really glad they're taking advantage of that. There's also gonna be games at the bar complex complex like pop shot basketball, virtual golf, foosball, shuffleboard, you name it. I'm definitely excited to watch games here, and I'll keep you posted of when it opens. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
