Kentfield is one of the most desirable areas to live in Marin County, but not every location in Kentfield is created equal. And in my opinion, the best street to live on is Woodland Road, and here are 3 reasons why. First, it's flat and open. One of the things I hate the most about Marin County are the narrow windy streets. You see them all the time in Sausalito, Mill Valley, Larkspur, San Anselmo, pretty much everywhere. Woodland Road is exactly the opposite. Beautifully maintained, wide open street, not gonna pull your hair out driving on it. Second, it's one of the most convenient locations in the area, right next to Woodlands Market, a short drive to downtown Larkspur, and super quick commute to the highway. And last but Last but definitely not least, the homes aligning Woodland Road are incredible. Beautiful mix of modern and older homes with large lots, perfect for enjoying that A+ Kentfield weather and plenty of distance between you and your neighbors.
