San Francisco is the gold standard when it comes to parks, and sitting at the top of the parks pyramid are the two crown jewels of the city, Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. But which one is the better park to live near? Even though these parks are in the same city, less than 2 miles from each other, both over 1,000 acres, both with incredible amenities, day-to-day living near these parks is night and day. And because of those differences, it'll cost you literally millions of dollars more to live near the Presidio as opposed to near Golden Gate Park.
