March is in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive sales in Marin County last month. Starting off with the most expensive was this massive 11,557 square foot home in Ross at 21 Canyon Road. The 14-acre estate was first listed in September of 2021 for $29 million and finally sold last month for $14 million. The massive mid-century home has absolutely incredible scale, including 13-foot ceilings, but yeah, it's probably gonna need some renovations to bring it out of the 1960s. And the least expensive home sold in Marin last month was this 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,250-square-foot condo in San Rafael at an assisted living care facility, which sold for just $190,000. What's crazy about this is not so much the sale price, but the HOAs— over $5,000 a month. But with that, you get everything that comes at an assisted care facility, like private chef-made meals, a library, pool, spa, gym, ton of other great amenities.
