May is in the books, and these were the most expensive and least expensive condos sold in San Francisco last month. Clocking in with the most expensive was this 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 2,680-square-foot condo in the Noe Valley neighborhood. The new construction bi-level penthouse at 1099 Dolores Street has incredible architecture like this massive gable roof. It also features a 22-foot kitchen island with insane views of the city. The condo sold for $4.35 million with an HOA fee of $653 a month, but that's only after the owner tried to initially sell the building for $8.5 million all in one and having to take it off the market and split the units up. And the least expensive condo in San Francisco last month was a below-market rate unit in the Bayview neighborhood. The 1-bed, 1-bath, 679-square-foot condo sold for $194,105 after sitting on the market for over 4 months and has an HOA fee of $431. Follow for more Bay Area real estate.
