April's in the books, and these were the most expensive and least expensive single-family homes sold in Marin County last month. Kicking it off with the least expensive was this 2-bed, 1-bath, 1,014-square-foot fixer-upper in San Anselmo. The real value here was the 7,350-square-foot lot close to downtown and some of Marin County's best amenities. The home sold for $650,000, $38,000 under its initial list price after just 56 days on the market. And the most expensive was this 5-bedroom, 4-full-bath, 2-half-bath, 6,275-square-foot monster home in Strawberry. The home sat on one of the best lots in Strawberry, 2/3 of an acre with views of the water from every level. The home underwent a 5-year remodel and had incredible scale. Initially came to the market in September of last year for $11.5 million before ultimately selling for $8.6 million. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
