Austin Klar compares November 2023's cheapest and priciest San Francisco condo sales. A 474-sq-ft Diamond Heights studio with Twin Peaks views sold for $465,000; a 2,349-sq-ft Pacific Heights penthouse at The Pacific went for $4.8 million off-market.

November's in the books, and these were the most expensive and least expensive condos sold in San Francisco last month. Starting with the least expensive was this 474-square-foot studio in Diamond Heights. The custom Murphy bed and hand-blown pendant lights were a nice touch, and the unit had views of Twin Peaks and downtown. The unit sold for $465,000 after 49 days on the market, $20,000 under its initial ask. And HOAs for the unit were $594 a month, which got you access to a pool, gym, billiards room, and club room. And the most expensive was an off-market sale at The Pacific in Pacific Heights, which is one of my favorite condo buildings in the city. Because it was off-market, I don't have photos of the specific unit, but it was 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,349 square feet, and had gorgeous Gaggenau appliances and marble counters. The unit went for $4.8 million, but the real kicker was the $2,339 per month HOA fee. But with that HOA, you get a 24-hour attended lobby, gym, rooftop deck and lounge, and access to a guest suite for visitors. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
