December's in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive condos sold in San Francisco last month. Kicking it off at the least expensive was this 329 sq ft studio in SoMa. This unit was one of 34 units at 195 7th Street, which is a very weird building. There aren't really amenities in the building and the most noteworthy feature about it are the really small floor plans of all of the units, which average about 300 sq ft. The unit sold for $222,000 after 43 days on the market, $108,000 under its initial ask. NHAs for the unit were $505 a month. And the most expensive was this 3-bed, 2.5-bath condo at the Pacific Building, which is one of my favorite buildings in all of San Francisco. Austin Klar and Pacific Heights. The Southeast Quarter unit had an open floor plan, incredibly high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with amazing views. Unit sold off market for $6.25 million, and HOAs were $2,173 a month. Follow me for more of the best Bay Area real estate.
