Kicking it off with the most expensive is this 5-bed, 4.5-bath, 3,500-square-foot home in the Sycamore Park neighborhood of Mill Valley, which sold off market last month for $8.2 million. The home was completely renovated and has incredible indoor-outdoor flow, including multiple fireplaces outside and a second unit for guests. And the least expensive home sold in Marin last month was this 1-bed, 1-bath, 624-square-foot condo in Novato, which sold for $330,000 after just 5 days on the market.
