January's in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive homes sold in Marin County last month. Kicking it off with the most expensive was this 3-bed, 4.5-bath, 3,665-square-foot home in Belvedere. The home had 2 full kitchens, a private boat dock, and absolutely stunning views all the way from the San Francisco skyline to Mount Tam. And one of the best amenities, steps away from downtown Tiburon with all the cute shops and restaurants there. Home sold off market for $8.6 million. And the least expensive home was this 4-bed, 1.5-bath, 1,270-square-foot home in Inverness. The fixer-upper shingle-style home built in 1915 had so much character but obviously needed a little bit of love. The home originally hit the market for $1.1 million, but eventually sold for $875,000 after 106 days on the market. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
