February's in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive condos sold in San Francisco last month. Kicking it off with the least expensive was the 700-square-foot 1-bedroom on Van Ness. The corner unit had a private patio with awesome city views and the building it's in is stacked with amenities including a gym, pool, and sauna. The unit sold for $425,000 after 83 days on the market, $85,000 under its initial ask, and HOAs for the unit were $1,120 a month. And the most expensive was one of the nicest condos I've ever seen in Pacific Heights that really lived more like a single-family home. The 3-bed, 3.5-bath, 2,675-square-foot home was recently renovated Gast Architects and had incredible north-facing views and super high-end finishes throughout, including Waterworks hardware. The unit sold for $7.6 million after just 34 days on the market, $150,000 under its initial ask. The HOA was pretty informal, so there's no official monthly payment.
