February's in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive single-family homes sold in San Francisco last month. Kicking it off, the least expensive was this doozy, a 2-bed, 1-bath in Bayview Heights. The 1,396-square-foot home sat on a 2,495-square-foot lot and looked completely abandoned. Home sold for $720,000 after 42 days on the market, $32,000 over its initial ask. The most expensive was this 5-bed, 5.5-bath, 4,770-square-foot home in Pacific Heights. The home on the west side of Divisadero Street was recently renovated with help from Sutro Architects and had spectacular views from the Presidio to the bay. My favorite feature hands down were the coffered ceilings above the kitchen and secondary living room. The home initially hit the market in 2021 for just under $9 million before going through several agents before selling for $7,235,000 last month. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
