A new multi-family housing development near San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood is slated to open later this summer. Designed by RG Architecture and built by JS Sullivan Development, Maison Pacific Condos at 1580 Pacific Avenue will feature 53 condo units, 44 of which will be market rate, 9 will be below market rate, and will feature studios to 3 bedrooms, as well as townhouses and penthouses. Amenities will include a rooftop with barbecues, a courtyard, and private terrace with incredible views. There will also be on-site parking with mechanical lifts and side-by-side spaces reserved for the penthouse units.
