Austin Klar ranks five new residential buildings in San Francisco, comparing amenities, pricing, and availability. His clients relocating to the city keep asking which new buildings are worth it, so he broke down the top five that opened or released units recently.
There's so much new development happening in San Francisco right now, and I'm working with clients moving here from all over the country who all ask me how different buildings stack up against each other, how much different amenity buildings cost, and what else is coming soon. So I made a YouTube video breaking all of that down, ranking 5 new construction buildings that are either coming online for the first time this year or have units that are just hitting the market for the first time this year, even if the building opened in prior years. Go check it out. It's on my YouTube channel, linked in my bio, and let me know how you'd rank these in the comments.
