Plans for the project contemplate at least 1 million square feet for the mixed-use space, with hundreds of thousands of square feet dedicated to each the transit center and housing, and several thousand for retail and childcare space. Units will vary in size and range from studios to 3 bedrooms, and residents will have access to nearly 100,000 square feet of open space at the project.
