One of the biggest perks of living in San Francisco is having direct access to the waterfront and all the beautiful views, parks, and other amenities that come with living right by the water. But SF is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and there are dozens of waterfront neighborhoods to choose from in the city. So which ones are the best? How do you rank 'em?
