The media told you San Francisco was dead, reigniting the doom loop narrative as crime, homelessness, drug use, and an exodus from the city led to a downturn for San Francisco's economy. But just as it has multiple times over the past many decades, San Francisco once again is proving the doomers wrong. Tens of thousands of new residents expected in the coming years, the AI boom reshaping the city's trajectory, and billions being spent on new communities across the city. And there are certain pockets of SF that are poised to benefit the most from the shifts we're starting to see. I made a YouTube video going over my predictions for those neighborhoods. Some of which are already starting to see the benefits, places like Jackson Square and Mission Bay, and some other areas that I think will start seeing major upswings in the coming years, like SoMa, Dogpatch, and West Portal. Comment the word video and I'll send you a link, and follow me for more Bay Area real estate. Bye.
