Some positive news coming outta San Francisco's Union Square. We all know that the city's beleaguered retail haven has seen a massive loss of business over the past several years, but that could be changing as there are a bunch of new, very high-end tenants popping up around the area. Rolex already has a new location open on Post Street. Patek Philippe is opening another location in Union Square. St. John's, Christopher Clarke Gallery, Max Mara, all opening new locations in the area. And Powell Street is even getting a new Nintendo store next year. And obviously a lot more is gonna be needed to reverse the trends that we've seen in the area over the past several years, but it's good to see new high-end luxury retail popping up in the area.
