SF Decorator Showcase House STUNS
In this YouTube segment, Austin Klar introduces the annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase, explaining that each year a prestigious mansion is selected for top interior designers to reimagine individual rooms. This year’s venue is 2898 Broadway, a historic 1899 Dutch‑colonial mansion on Pacific Heights’s Billionaires Row, featuring 10 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 11,155 sq ft of space, elaborate moldings, wood paneling, a solarium and a pent‑room with north‑facing views. The home previously hosted the 12th annual showcase three decades ago and was listed in August for $32 million, remaining on the market. Proceeds from the event benefit San Francisco University High School’s financial‑aid program. Klar expresses personal excitement about attending, invites viewers to join, and asks for their feedback, ending with a brief foreign‑language phrase.
