This new construction condo building takes the crown for the sickest rooftop in San Francisco. This is the Belvedere new construction condo building in Cow Hollow designed by Handel Architects, one of the preeminent architecture firms in the country. Only 28 units in the building with super high-end finishes, Waterworks bath fixtures, gorgeous stone throughout, exclusive use patios, and massive kitchen islands. Amenities include an attended lobby and this sick rooftop, RH furniture throughout, outdoor kitchen, multiple hangout spots, and the views are unreal. Best part about these units, they are way less expensive than comparable units in the immediate area, and HOAs are under $1,000 a month, which is incredibly rare for new construction. Construction amenity buildings, especially on this end of San Francisco. Building just came online and several units have already been snatched up. These are going to go pretty quick because of these price points. Worth touring if you haven't already. Let me know what you think in the comments.
