This house had some of the nicest landscaping and views I've ever seen in Marin County. Clients of mine were moving to Tiburon from Woodside to be close to their daughter and grandson and wanted something that lived like a single-level home with a primary bedroom on the main level. And of course, they wanted those amazing Tiburon views. This 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 3,763-square-foot house on nearly half an acre checked all of those boxes, and I'm super stoked they just closed on it. The landscaping here was absolutely beautiful. The plant-lined pathway starting at the front entry, the terraced garden, the pool, the grass area, the bocce ball court. Everything was in A+ pristine shape and really turned this house into a trophy home. And they definitely got the views they wanted. The views from inside were just as incredible as the landscaping outside. You can see the SF skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, the Belvedere Lagoon, all of it visible from the kitchen, both living rooms, dining rooms, the primary bedroom, the pool area. It was really the perfect place for them, and I'm so happy we were able to get it. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
