A brand new cheese shop is coming to the Ferry Building, ending a multi-year cheese shop drought after Cowgirl Creamery left during the pandemic. Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant is opening a cheese offshoot called the Ferry Plaza Cheese Shop next door this summer at the former Daily Driver location. The Wine Merchant's been a tenant at the Ferry Building ever since it was transformed into a food hall over 20 years ago, and it's doubling down on the location as a result of all the great things happening at the space, from increased foot traffic from more tourism and return to office to all the great new restaurants that are opening. Definitely excited to try this out. Share this with someone who loves cheese and follow me for more San Francisco news.
