The first for sale residential offering on Treasure Island is coming early next year, and it's gonna offer views unlike anything else you can get in the Bay Area. 490 Avenue of the Palms is a collection of 148 residences at San Francisco's Treasure Island designed by Faujeron Architecture and Mark Cavaniero Associates. The island was formerly under the jurisdiction of the Navy and then the city before it was handed over to developers who've been working for over a decade on a master-planned community that will bring 8,000 new residences to the island, along with 300 acres of parks, open space, and beach frontage. The residences at 490 Avenue of the Palms will range from studios to 3 bedrooms and offer unobstructed views from the Bay Bridge across the San Francisco skyline all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin County. Sales are expected to begin as early as March 2025. Pricing and unit sizes haven't been finalized and the building isn't available to tour just yet, but I'll definitely be giving you a tour when it is, so follow me for more updates.
