These were the most expensive and least expensive single-family homes sold in San Francisco in October. Kicking it off with the least expensive was this 2-bed, 2-bath, 995-square-foot fixer-upper in Ingleside. The home was technically a 1-bedroom with a loft space and a second unit with its own separate 1-bed, 1-bath. The home sat on a standard 2,500-square-foot lot and sold after a month on the market for $525,000, about $53,000 below its initial ask. And the most expensive was this nearly 120-year-old Georgian mansion in Pacific Heights. The 8,960-square-foot home had 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It also had 11-foot ceilings and sat on an over 5,100-square-foot lot with an incredible south-facing backyard. The home sold for $15.25 million, about $750 grand under its initial ask, in just about 3 weeks on the market. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
