These were the most expensive and least expensive condos sold in San Francisco in October. Kicking it off with the least expensive was this 1-bed, 1-bath, 754-square-foot condo at the Opera Plaza in Civic Center. Not in the best area, but really convenient if you like going to the symphony, the ballet, or the theater. And the building has a ton of amenities, including a racquetball court, swimming pool, and a gym. Unit hit the market over the summer for just shy of $620,000, and it just sold for $365,000. NHAs for the unit were $1,120 a month. And the most expensive was a 2-level, 5,045-square-foot condo in Pacific Heights. The condo was renovated in 2011 and features one of the largest gardens I've ever seen in a condo, plus a guest house that would be perfect for a home gym. The 5-bed, 6.5-bath condo sold off market for just shy of $7.3 million, and HOAs for the unit were $1,000 a month. Follow me for more Bay Area real estate.
