June is in the books, and these were the most expensive and least expensive single-family homes sold in San Francisco last month. Kicking it off with the least expensive was this 4-bed, 3-bath, 1,400-square-foot home in the Mission. The home itself wasn't much to write home about, but it actually sat on 2 separate lots that were sold together as part of the sale, and the house came with a separate boat garage in addition to the car garage. The home sold for $735,000 after a little over a month on the market. The most expensive home sold last month was a 6,500-square-foot home on Washington Street in Pacific Heights. The home was built in 2015 and had 5 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a 500-bottle wine cellar, an elevator to all levels, a rooftop, and a hot tub. The home was originally listed for $11.9 million and ended up selling for just under $10 million after over 2 months on the market. Follow me for more of the best Bay Area real estate.
