October's in the books, and these were the most expensive and least expensive homes sold in San Francisco last month. Kicking it off with the most expensive is a home I cannot talk about enough, a 4-story Edwardian in San Francisco's most prestigious neighborhood, Presidio Terrace. The 7-bed, 6-full bath, 2-half bath, 9,500-square-foot home now holds the record for the most expensive home sold in Presidio Terrace, $16.3 million, in only just 27 days on the market after being listed for $17.9 million. And the least expensive home was a 3-bed, 2-bath, 990-square-foot home on a 1,500-square-foot lot in the Bayview neighborhood. The home sold off off market for about $515,000 in cash as an investment property with a tenant in place paying $3,600 a month plus utilities. Follow me for more of the best Bay Area real estate.
