Today is in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive single-family homes sold in Marin County last month. Kicking it off with the most expensive was this 4-bed, 2.5-bath, 4,600-square-foot home on the Belvedere Lagoon. This is one of the largest lagoon homes available and like other lagoon properties, comes with a private boat dock and the waterfront directly in your backyard. The home sold last month for just under $10 million after only a day on the market. And the least expensive home sold in Marin last month was a 3-bed, 1.5-bath, 1,132-square-foot fixer-upper in San Rafael. The Santa Venecia home had been in the same family for over 70 years main selling point of the home was the fact that it sat on an oversized 7,600-square-foot lot. The lot is perfect for building a brand new home for the next generation and is the main reason why it sold in just 7 days for $715,000. Follow me for more of the best Bay Area real estate.
