July is in the books and these were the most expensive and least expensive single-family homes sold in San Francisco last month. Kicking it off with the most expensive is this 7-bed, 6.5-bath, 9,190-square-foot Beaux-Arts mansion in Pacific Heights designed by Albert Farr. The house could use some light updating, but the bones and scale were definitely there. Best features were the rooftop with 360-degree views and the extra living room downstairs, which had access to a massive yard thanks to the oversized 5,600-square-foot lot. The home sold for $13 million after a couple years on and off the market, which is $6.2 million less than its initial ask of $19.2 million. And the least expensive home sold in San Francisco was this 2-bed, 1-bath, 900-square-foot house in Ingleside on a 3,700-square-foot lot. The house was a major fixer-upper, and it most likely went to somebody who was gonna tear it down and start over with something a lot bigger. The home spent 6 months on the market and sold for $770,000, which is $80,000 less than its initial $850,000 asking price. Follow me for more of the best Bay Area real estate.
